The purpose of the application:
The purpose of the amendment is to change the zoning of the property from Rural (RU) to Rural Exception (RU-X) with the following site-specific provisions proposed:
- Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the contrary, on the lands zoned RU-X, a Contractor or Tradesman Establishment shall be an additional permitted use. Further, the following provisions shall apply:
- The maximum height of an accessory building shall be 6.7 m.
The proposed site-specific zoning amendment would allow for the construction of 418m2 accessory building with a maximum height of 6.7 m to be used as a contractor or tradesman establishment.
