Petitions/Documentation:  A petition is considered a public document and the information contained in it will be subject to the scrutiny of the Township Council and the general public.  For further information, please contact admin@dnetownship.ca or the Deputy Clerk at 613-267-6500.  Any documentation submitted for Council review will be considered a public document and available to the general public.

Recordings:  Please note any meeting may be recorded via digital means to aid in the minute-taking process.  No public member shall be allowed to record a meeting  via video tape, cell phone, camera, voice recorder or any other device without the consent of Council.

Delegations:  Any resident or group may make a presentation to the Committee of the Whole, which meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month at 2:00 p.m.    Please contact the Deputy Clerk if you wish to make a presentation.  Upon receiving a presentation date, all documentation must be forwarded to the Deputy Clerk the Thursday prior to the Committee of the Whole meeting.
